Meet Dr. Ijeoma, PhD
I’m Dr. Ijeoma Okoligwe—strategist, marketing expert, storyteller, and business coach.
With over 15 years working in corporate digital strategy and a Ph.D. in Communication (specializing in advertising), I help founders, creators, and changemakers build brands that are clear, culturally grounded, and built to last.
I’m also the CMO and part-owner of Afribarn Auto Parts, an international auto parts company with locations across Abuja and Lagos, and growing. I know firsthand what it takes to scale a business with intention, structure, and strategy.
As the founder of Dr. Ijeoma & Co., I bring that same strategic clarity to early-stage and scaling brands—from service providers and content creators to industry disruptors and community-led startups.
In just a few short months, I’ve grown a thriving business community across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by sharing real, actionable business advice and brand strategy especially for Black and brown entrepreneurs often left out of traditional marketing spaces. My content is equal parts smart and soulful, because marketing shouldn’t feel performative—it should feel like alignment.
I also mentor young women, especially first-gen and minority founders, who are learning to lead boldly and build authentically. Through free digital tools, low-cost offers, and accessible education, I make it easier to start and scale, even without a huge team or budget.
